Harmony in our lives comes from the values of our connections to our mind, body, and spirit. Have one or more of these out of sync with the others creates chaos and will lead to performance issues in our lives. Recently, I discovered my work productivity slipping and realized this was happening to me. In this episode, I explain the importance of the Mind, Body, Spirit connection to work output, and some psychological and physiological explanations of both how it often happens imperceptibly and gradually.
